In the current context of crises the academic world, the world of public institutions and the world of business have to co-construct new public policy concepts. This article presents and puts into dialogue two more or less recent concepts : “Territorialized Food System” and “Territorial Added Value”. These concepts invite us to think otherwise the dominant economic model to meet the challenges of the ecological transition.
