Conversation around the french language and the Dictionnaire québécois d’aujourd’hui between the king of words and the fallen prince

In 1992, along with Jean-Claude Boulanger and other lexicographers, Alain Rey launched the Dictionnaire québécois d'aujourd'hui and the Dictionnaire historique de la langue française. From 2003 Les Éditions Robert oversees the inclusion of new belgicisms in the Petit Robert, partly as a result of our collaboration. This contribution goes behind the scenes of various regional and French dictionary projects and on relations with collaborators of Éditions Robert in the francophonie.
