Tommaseo’s memoir trilogy Memorie poetiche, Memorie politiche and Memorie private

There are many differences between Niccolò Tommaseo’s explicitly autobiographical texts : Memorie poetiche, Memorie politiche and Memorie private. While these differences are strong from a stylistic point of view, the points of convergence are clear from the point of view of contents : when comparing the three works, it becomes clear that Tommaseo used the Memorie private as a draft for the Memorie politiche and Memorie poetiche, which were both conceived and designed for publication.
