Rethinking the inter/transculturally in the Etymological Dictionary of French Critical and Didactic approach

This reflection in tends to argue on the interest, in a Tunisian Arabic-speaking didactic context, of bringing to the Etymological Dictionary of French an intercultural dimension. Such an approach, resulting from a teaching experience, supposes to transgress the borders between families of different languages (romance/ semitic) to highlight the connections which exist between Arabic and French, connections totally ignored by this kind of dictionary.
