The definition of the “correlation” is complex: it sometimes appears in syntax as a mode of liaison, and sometimes as a phenomenon signalling an abundance of structures, notably the “isomorphic correlatives” (plus...plus, ni...ni, etc.). While they are not homogenous, these structures do form a system, as this work demonstrates.
