Amélie Lefebvre-Chombart, Pierre Robert, Laurent Gardin, Florence Jany-Catrice, Christian Mahieu, « Quel horizon des communs sociaux pour l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire ? »
Amélie Lefebvre-Chombart, Pierre Robert, Laurent Gardin, Florence Jany-Catrice, Christian Mahieu, “What is the horizon of social commons for the Social and Solidarity-based Economy?”
We analyze the prospects for the evolution of social and solidarity economy (SSE) organizations by the commons. The movement of commons develops new forms of collective action. A survey carried out in the Hauts-de-France region of France to study this movement has led to the identification of criteria for social commons relating to four dimensions of practice (governance, work, economic model, territory). These criteria represent a horizon for the evolution of SSE towards the common good.
Keywords: social commons, joint initiatives, social and solidarity economy, Hauts-de-France, collective action.
Bernard Paranque, “For a new funding ecosystem. World of Production, Common and Financing Societal Impact”
The hypothesis of this research is to consider that the economics of conventions as developed by Salais and Storper in terms of worlds of production makes it possible to understand the concrete diversity of the forms of coordination of productive organizations but also the dynamic of the productive system as a whole in which is inserted the “commons” as defined by Ostrom. One of the challenges of this collective action oriented is that of its funding in ways that respect the objectives of the collective human being.
Keywords: worlds of production, commons, funding, bonds, coordination.
Thomas Lagoarde-Segot, Christophe Revelli, “Which financial instruments for Agenda 2030? Enlightenment of Ecological Financial Theory”
This article sheds light on the issue of financing the 2030 Agenda. First of all, we highlight the analytical inconsistency of market financing strategies based on neoclassical 197theory. We then put forward the elements of an alternative strategy based on the issuance of a new category of financial instruments: the ecological sovereign security (ESS). Then, we develop “Philia 1.1”, a new 32-equation stock-flow coherent model (SFC) to analyze the effects of issuing TSE on macroeconomic dynamics and the ecological transition process. Simulations suggest that the issuance of TSEs could help to drive an expansionary macroeconomic dynamic beneficial to employees, while embedding the additional activity in new ecological and social criteria. TSE emissions could therefore play a driving role in the pursuit of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Taïb Berrada Al Azizi, Badr Habba, Oumaima Quiddi, “The policy of debt financing for large family businesses in Arab countries”
This paper focuses on the financing policy of large family firms in Arab countries through a comparative study using panel data between two samples; large listed family firms and large listed non-family firms. The study examines the differences and/or similarities in debt level determinants between family and non-family firms. Broadly, findings show a significant explanatory power of patrimonial variables in determining debt level of large family businesses in Arab countries.
Keywords: Family business, large size, pecking order theory, debt level, financing policy.
