In the Roscoff album (≤1869), the verses and drawings concerning a sexual exchange with Rosalba, and the text and graphism of the sonnet « Je vais faire un sonnet », present complementary aspects of parodic accountancy. The prosodic quirks of Les Amours jaunes (1873) seem to share the same target as these poems : the art of verse reduced to accountancy. This perspective lends meaning to several details of Corbière’s graphics and writing.
