Genlis in 1811 or how to write the literary history of women?

Can the three works of Madame de Genlis published in 1811 by Maradan (De l’Influence des femmes sur la littérature française. . ., followed by Observations critiques pour servir à l’histoire de la littérature du XIX^e siècle, and finally the Examen critique de l’ouvrage intitulé Biographie universelle. . .) be considered a feminine literary history on account of their critical approach, their demands, and their denunciations?
