Baudelaire, Hofmannsthal, and Michaux create three poetic experiences—each of them unique and decisive in their own way—of the limits of language. Between a fantasy and a sickness of language, the search for an expansion of the world results in a displacement of the unanswerable lines of poetry, which takes place through a dialogue with the arts.
