  • Abstract: Orleans is a medium sized city in the centre of France, in a region which is renowned for the quality of the french which is spoken there. However, in this city a passing point between the north and the south of France French has always evolved, through migrations and contact with languages from elsewhere. Studies carried out from 2008 to 2015, within the framework of LLL, enable one to know the use of different languages in Orleans.
