This work presents the first French translation of twelve of Nicholas of Cusa’s mathematical texts. It examines the philosophical sources of his thought and sheds light on the influence of these treatises on various mathematicians, astronomers, and scientists that came after him, including René Descartes and Blaise Pascal.
