This article gives a general discussion of editorial projects which Rabelais did not give his name to, looking in particular at the attribution to him of part of Fantastiques batailles de Rodilardus et Croacus (Lyon: François Juste, 1534), a translation and adaptation of pseudo-Homer's Batrachomyomachie which Jean Desgouttes was also involved with.
