The article offers new arguments that an Aldine Hippocrates without a written ex-libris, formerly in the collection of Antoine-Augustin Renouard and now held at the Bibliothèque Nationale, comes from Rabelais' own library by analysing a number of annotations. The article also offers a reconstruction of the volume, one folio of which is preserved at the Bibliothèque Universitaire de Médicine. This volume joins the series of the author's medical texts which are already known.
