Don Kent has decades of experience in live performance filming. For him, the transposition of dramatic "life" on screen is a translation from one language to another, from theatrical spatiality to cinematic temporality. This translation, which requires a lengthy phase of preparation, must be adapted each time to the artistic vision of the theater director. Here he tells us about his practice and his convictions.
