Capturing, viewing and manipulating data from quantified self-practices The gestures of self-surveillance

This article focuses on self-surveillance practices through mobile applications and connected objects. These Quantified Self practices raise several issues to be analysed. Through the study of empirical fields - a series of interviews, the study of an online board and the study of a Quantified Self device, this article aims to unravel the gestures and screen performances that shape the practices of self-measurement.
