Apollinaire as a “stepping stone” Biomythology of the writer in fiction

Suspended between the factual and the fictional, what has become of Apollinaire? The article aims to answer this question by analyzing three contemporary biographical fictions: 100 ans avant minuit d’Éric Chatillon, Le Tombeau d’Apollinaire de Xavier-Marie Bonnot and À la ligne. Feuillets d’usine de Joseph Ponthus. The paper aims to identify Apollinaire’s mythopoietic function in these models of exofiction and to discover the different degrees of mytho-biographical reconfiguration.
