Walking in nature offers a chance to be fully present within ourselves, to deploy our thinking freely and to confront ourselves with the resources of the body. It allows us to find slowness, time for thinking and writing. It requires our ability to go to meet nature and ourselves. Walking can thus bring an essential breath to our existence, to the source of inspiration and, more broadly, a spiritual exercise.
