Through the reading of a tribute to Philippe Jaccottet and, indirectly, to Friedrich Hölderlin, and through the story of the meeting between a man and his work, we find that poetry, defined as the way to spread light in words and in life, is less the product of an invention, than it is the object of a transmission.
