There are paradoxes, but does the paradox exist ? Is it a figure, an “ornament” ? It may also designate as purely linguistic problem. Operating in apparently antithetical language structures, it is the most dangerous when it is not built on any explicit contradiction. And addressed to a recipient who must solve it, it may appear to be ultimately either over-figured or disfigured, “meaningless” as Wittgenstein would say.
