Jean Follain’s poetry is pure and hard, with its apparent arbitrariness, its discontinuous arrangement of spaces and temporalities, its combination of circumstances and elements to be decoded like an enigma! All those incompatibilities create an opening significance up to the mysterious union between ephemera and eternity, insignificance and essential thing.
