Marc Alyn is a French poet and writer who is born in Reims in 1937. He has been awarded the Max Jacob Prize at the age of 20. His poetical works contain his own idea of poetry. He is the author of almost twenty collections of poems, among which there is the trilogy Les Alphabets du Feu (Le Pré Saint-Gervais, 2018), and essays about Venice and Paris and Monsieur le chat (Paris, 2009). His Memoirs Le Temps est un faucon qui plonge is his last book (Paris, 2018).
