Les réformes financières ukrainiennes en 1917-1922

This paper discusses the financial reforms in Ukraine during the struggle for independence in 1917-1922. After WWI, there were performed four attempts to build a Ukrainian state. The article reflects on the gradual implementation of financial and monetary reforms by various Ukrainian governments, in particular regarding the introduction of the national currency (karbovanets’/hryvnia) and the attempt to the creation of a national monetary system.
