This collection presents the first unpublished writings of the poet from Marseille. As a counterpart to André Suarès et le wagnérisme, it brings together whole swathes of poetic cycles, dramatic projects, drafts of novels, reflections on art and metaphysics, and even pages from his notebooks, all illuminating the author’s journey toward writing his great essays.
