La Version Z de l’Ovide moralisé

At the end of the fourteenth century, the Ovide moralisé was "demoralized" in a few manuscripts, those of the Z version. This rewriting, hitherto unpublished, proves the profound changes in the reading of mythology at the end of the Middle Ages, at the heart of the passionate literary debates of its time.
