The fortunes of Ronsard over the centuries have already received much critical attention, especially as concerns the nineteenth century. The author of the present article focuses on two anthologies, published respectively in 1824 and 1825, and which preceed the well known interventions of Sainte-Beuve. What, then, did Les Poètes françois, depuis le XIIe siècle jusqu’à Malherbe (1824) and Le Choix des poésies de P. de Ronsard et de ses devanciers (1825) bring to Ronsard’s changing fortunes ?
