“In (such) good order” The conquest of the land of the Dipsodes by the Utopians (Pantagruel, XXXI–XXXII)

This article sheds light on the political-religious and poetic significance of the phrase “in (such) good order,” which appears repeatedly in chapters XXXI and XXXII of Pantagruel, when the eponymous giant triumphantly enters the city of the Amaurots and when the Utopians depart to conquer the kingdom of the Dipsodes.
