Günther Anders (1902–1992) sought to study the situation of humankind following Auschwitz and Hiroshima, as well as the possibility of its total destruction. This volume brings together studies on his anthropology, his relationship with Judaism, and his conceptions of morality, catastrophes, and nuclear war.
