Putting Primary Sources at the Heart of the Creation Elements for Reconstructing the Dances in a Comédie-Ballet

The reconstruction of the dances in Molière’s comédie-ballets is hindered by the lack of choregraphic sources before 1700. Cross-references and inductions from some repertoires allow however to extrapolate the features of the choreographic style around 1660, and make the research structure and stimulate the recreation of the interludes dances.
