L’imagination au travail Sur les ouvrières de Dop : Lanzmann, Sartre et Marcuse

Retracing the origin of a specific example that Jean-Paul Sartre takes from Claude Lanzmann in Critique de la raison dialectique, and which Herbert Marcuse revisits in L’Homme unidimensionnel—the example of the Dop factory workers—this study aims to reconstruct Sartre’s complex relations and critical and conceptual displacements with respect to Marxism, psychoanalysis, and phenomenology.
