This article offers a reflection on the transformation of printed literary text into enriched digital text for research and interpretation purposes. This transformation into a digital format involves not only an ontological change of the text object but also a mutation of the phenomenological practices of reading and the manipulation of “textual data” with a view to a new approach to attention.
