An enterprise’s corporate mission The lessons learned from discussions on the PACTE law

This paper aims to learn the lessons from debates about the PACTE law project concerning the definition of a company’s purpose, specially purpose and “raison d’être” notions and the creation of a new status for companies: “entreprise à mission”. Through an analysis or more significative contributions, the rift line between the actors are presented.
