A visit to Cendrars in July 1949 will have been a crucial encounter for Frédéric Jacques Temple. The young poet had discovered in the author of Le Lotissement du ciel one of his “double hero” for who adventure and writing don’t part. More than a literary influence, it was the origin of an elective filiation to which he never stopped paying tribute to as a poet, a journalist, a reviewer and in the conduct of his life.
