Leaving the right path An exchange with incarcerated patients about their representations of the law

The author of this article, a psychologist working in a penitentiary, offers us the testimony of four patients, imprisoned under the auspices of criminal procedure, about their representations of the law, the judiciary, and the participants in the domain of justice. The experience of social exclusion generated by detention impacts the patient’s ability to engage with the legal process as a legal subject.
