This article of poetic morphology explores the singularities of the strophic of Corbière from a topical example. If the heterometric stanzas, the heterostrophy, the repetitions of rhymes, relate to the ancient use of rhymes or mixed verses, the interstrophic non-alternation in gender, and, more rarely, the intrastrophic one, are idiosyncratic. The intermetrical relations with popular poetry are evoked, and with that of his contemporaries, showing his splendid isolation.
