It was from Paris that Dumur condemned the misguided ways of Swiss neutrality serving as cover for the increasingly obvious influence of Germanic mentality in Romandy, and even within federal government. Moreover, this policy of neutrality had little regard for moral principles, with its unwavering pragmatism coming into direct conflict with the values it supposedly upheld. Neutrality was, in fact, a sheer delusion.
