The Author and his reader Claudel and Jean Amrouche

While the Mémoires improvisés have been the subject of several academic publications, the affectionate relationship forged between the writer and Jean Amrouche during their radio interviews remains little known. Claudel having said little about it, the article chooses to shed light on their relationship from Amrouche’s point of view, by making use of unpublished or neglected documents, both written and radio.
