This opening text takes the form of an interview with two anonymous voices that seek to discern some defining elements of the horrible. The task is difficult insofar as the object to be defined is precisely what tries to crush any speaking possibility. This unnamable, which even stays beyond the representable, will gradually be identified in its polymorphic expressions, following a curve that leads to a threshold beyond which the unspeakable becomes unveiling.
