Abstract: On YouTube, some nutrition-related videos are very popular with the public. This is the case of the videos with the TAG « What I eat in a day », in which young women expose their daily diet. Given the questions raised by the interest in these videos, the aim of this work is to bring to light the eating practices and speeches presented by these young women and to question their societal impact.
