Abstract: This article traces the crossed roads between the family lines (Carasso and Riboud families) and a firm (Danone) in order to understand their reciprocal influences and their evolution over a century. This analyse is related on the relationship of the company and people to History and the evolution of two concepts of durability: the power (through governance regime) and the corporate project.
