  • Abstract: Through the study of the Palais de Tokyo and the Cité des Sciences, the article seeks to understand how cultural organizations shape creative occupations such as cultural mediators. Our contribution is twofold: the engine of professional dynamics, neither exogenous nor autonomous, lies within organizations themselves and in their management apparatus; the evolution of cultural occupations is a powerful driver of organizational change.
