This article sets out to explore the poetic construction of Europe in the poetry of Antonio Colinas (1946-). We merely offers some journeys that take place under four sections: 1/a collection of epigraphs as an European library or European readings; 2/ a inquiry about homages and cultural presences who guide and influence the poet’s life and also his imagination; 3/ an European space written by a traveler poet; 4/the original place of Spain and its relationships with a new Europe.
