Abstract: Senancour published these six political pamphlets between May 1814 and July 1815. In them, he reflected on the future of Europe as a liberal idealist and attempted to sort out the gains of the Revolution. He contributed to the creation of the Napoleonic myth, turning the emperor into a modern Prince who emerged from the Revolution.
