Abstract: Articles devoted to ethics and published in the RHPR by Roger Mehl testify to the depth of his reflexion on the fundamentals of Christian ethics and to the sharpness of his analyses on the places of its incarnation. Open to existential values transmitted by modernity (magnified and modified by the Word), these ethics find an embodiment at personal as well as socio-economic and political levels. The offered progression develops between a distanced stance and engagement.
