Abstract: Roger Planchon created Cité-Panorama twice: in January 1959 (12 issues until March 1961), it was a defense and promotion tool for the Théâtre de la Cité in Villeurbanne; in February 1964 (19 issues until 1970), of an attempt to mobilize around the Maison de la Culture project in Lyon (which did not happen).
