Abstract: This article analyzes the link between the development of digital technologies and the ecological crisis. We argue that cybernetic capitalism participates in the dissolution of the boundaries between the living and the non-living. This logic is institutionalized within an algorithmic governance that aims to «manage» environmental problems in real time while allowing a new dynamic of valorization of capital in the Anthropocene era.
