Abstract: The figure of the YouTuber reveals a series of expressive and commercial tensions. On the one hand, the subjective enunciation of the YouTuber is based on the framework of channels, video performances, and subscriber expectations; on the other hand, it follows a thematic specialization within segmented and stylized landscapes, between niches of interest and media circulation. These axes demarcate a comprehensive approach to the staging, mediations, and identifications associated with YouTubers.
