Par son intensité, la pandémie de Covid-19 a révélé la vulnérabilité des organisations tout en témoignant de capacités de réponses collectives imprévues. Cet article montre que le contexte extrême a engendré de multiples ruptures, mais aussi des improvisations collectives, propices à l’expérimentation et à l’apprentissage, portées par des valeurs de solidarité.

The intensity of the Covid-19 pandemic revealed the vulnerability of organisations, while at the same time demonstrating unforeseen collective response capacities. This article shows that the extreme context generated multiple disruptions, but also collective improvisations, conducive to experimentation and learning, supported by values of solidarity.

47 entretiens filmés rue d’Antioche à Angers permettent d’explorer comment le temps des mesures gouvernementales et le temps ressenti des habitants se sont plus ou moins accordés ou désaccordés durant les confinements à géométrie variable de l’« année maudite » 2020-2021 (Fenoglio, 2021, 30). Ils investiguent également le vécu des temps suspendus entre confinements ainsi que les perspectives – ou non – de rebondissement.

47 interviews filmed on rue d ’ Antioche in Angers explore how the time of government measures and the time felt by the inhabitants more or less agreed or disagreed during the variable geometry confinements of the ‘ cursed year ’ 2020-2021 (Fenoglio, 2021, 30). They also investigate the experience of the time suspended between confinements as well as the prospects – or otherwise – of a rebound.

Laëtitia Lethielleux, Caroline André, Patrick Valéau, « Les associations à l’épreuve de la crise pandémique. Adaptation, résilience ou mutation ? »

À partir de données recueillies auprès de 18 directeurs, présidents et managers de l’ESS, entre les deux périodes de confinement de la covid 19, cette recherche étudie les choix stratégiques, managériaux, économiques et de gouvernance des entreprises de l’ESS pour mieux comprendre leurs capacités de résilience organisationnelle. En s’appuyant sur les travaux d’Hamel et Välikangas (2003), il s’agit de savoir si cette crise sanitaire annonce une mutation du secteur de l’ESS en interne comme en externe.

Based on data collected from 18 directors, presidents and managers of the non-profit organisations (NPOs), between the two periods of lockdown due to the covid 19 health crisis, this research proposes to study the strategic, managerial, economic and governance of NPOs to better understand their organizational resilience capacities. Based on the work of Hamel and Välikangas (2003), the question is whether this health crisis heralds a change in the non-profit sector internally and externally.

L’article s’intéresse aux conditions de l’innovation sociale dans les associations du spectacle vivant face à la crise du Covid-19. Le modèle Compétences, 265Initiatives, Management, Environnement de travail (CIME) est mobilisé pour l’analyse de 102 témoignages recueillis par l’Agence pour le spectacle vivant en Rhône-Alpes et 12 entretiens. Nous discutons du caractère d’innovation sociale des nouvelles pratiques de travail et identifions des conditions de l’innovation sociale en association.

The article focuses on the conditions of social innovation in nonprofit performing arts organizations during the Covid-19 crisis. We use the MICE model (Management, Initiatives, Competencies, and Work Environment) to analyze 102 interviews collected by the Agency for Performing Arts in the Rhône-Alpes region, as well as 12 semi-directive interviews. We discuss the observed new work practices as social innovations and identify the conditions for social innovation in associations.

Didier Bensadon, « Comptabilité et contrôle social. Une mise en perspective historique »

Cette note montre la permanence du rôle de la comptabilité dans les dispositifs de contrôle social du xviiie siècle à nos jours. Après avoir défini cette notion, nous soulignons l’importance de la comptabilité dans les dispositifs de contrôle social au sein des sociétés disciplinaires décrites par Foucault (1975). Puis, en analysant le système de crédit social déployé en Chine, nous montrons la permanence du rôle de la comptabilité dans les sociétés de contrôle que préfigurait Deleuze (1990).

Didier Bensadon, “Accounting and Social Control. A Historical Perspective”

This note shows the permanence of the role of accounting in the devices of social control from the 18th century to the present day. After defining this notion, we underline the importance of accounting in the social control systems described by Foucault (1975). Then, by analyzing the system of social credit deployed in China, we show the permanence of the role of accounting in the societies of control that Deleuze (1990) prefigured.

Jusqu’ici, la question des travailleurs dyslexiques n’a pas été abordée par les chercheurs en gestion. Il nous a donc semblé intéressant de nous pencher sur leur cas au regard de la difficulté que ceux-ci pouvaient rencontrer dans leur processus de socialisation au sein des organisations françaises et de répondre ici à la question suivante : les comportements compensatoires de résilience de ces salariés peuvent-ils être qualifiés de comportements d’ajustement au sens de Dufour et Lacaze (2010) ?

Damien Aimar, Jean-François Chanlat, “The integration of dyslexic workers and the role of resilience in their socialisation process”

So far, the issue of dyslexic workers has not been addressed by management researchers. We therefore thought it would be interesting to look at their case in view of the difficulty they may encounter in their socialization process within French organizations and to answer here to the following question: Can compensatory resilience behaviours be qualified as adjustment behaviours in the sense of Dufour and Lacaze (2010)?
