This study deals with the polyphonic discourse in Quinze jours en Hollande, aiming at unravelling its structure and the effects of its intratextuality. Special attention will be given to the treatment of sensation, from its primitive representation to its recapturing and reinserting within Verlaine’s poetic imaginary.
