The author studies the motif of resurrected bodies in the Commedia from the point of view of contextualization and from that of diffraction. He first focuses on the function of the aerial body and the glorious body by drawing on the scholastic opposition between plurality and unity of forms, then extends his analysis using "diffraction," looking at Elsa Morante’s Aracœli and focusing on the question of the mother tongue in relation to the materiality of the body and the image of breastfeeding.
