We show that the regulations, which have been European and Global for the last few years, fall within “de-singularization” and “liberal grammar”. This evolution impacts the conventions of quality that can be deployed. To highlight this path, we studied French and European texts from 1905–2014 and placed them in the framework of the WTO’s agreements.
